New York Fashion Week: dark hues in the fall collections...the dark was offset with pops of gorgeous jewel tones... Dresses were given an extra hint of luxury with deep velvets, ...... "oversized everything" was everywhere on the runways for the Fall.
Dark colored lipstick has always been a personal favorite of mine and has been trending in fall over the past couple of years

I noticed a trend in this years fashion week for the spring/summer 2018 collections. I watched a few runways, Dior, Gucci and Oscar in particular, that featured hearts on the clothing. I feel as though putting hearts on the clothing harkens to what we are going through in America as of late. With all the hatred involving the neo-Nazi, black lives matter movement and president Trump, I feel like the heart represents a reminder to still know that their is still love and beauty out there and to keep your heart with you. -Rob Cosme
